Purpose Of Drill:
Use the drill to warmup passing, and work on quickly receiving and passing the puck. Also gives goaltenders a good set of warmup shots.
Drill Components:
4 coaches, pucks
Drill Steps:

Player accelerates with the puck, and after a couple strides, passes to awaiting coach near the first dot. |

Coach receives pass, and quickly passes back to the player. |
| 3 |
Player receives pass from coach and quickly passes to the next coach waiting near the next dot. |
| 4 |
Second coach receives the pass, and quickly passes the puck back to the player. |
| 5 |
Player receives the pass from the second coach, and skates in for a shot on goal. |
Coaching Notes:
Note that players can be rotated into the coaches spots in case there are not enough assistants. Make sure that the players do this drill at full speed, and focus on making and receiving passes quickly.
Player Notes:
Skate full speed throughout the drill, and make/receive passes quickly.
Parent Notes:
If done at full speed, this drill is excellent for working on making and receiving passes quickly.
